He acts for families and individuals buying, selling, and mortgaging residential properties and for business and government clients in all types of real estate transactions. He advises members of the other practice groups within the firm on matters relating to real estate.
In addition to drafting wills, Bob provides advice to clients on estate planning, estate tax issues, planning for incapacity with Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care and he assists estate Trustees and Executors with the administration of estates.
Before he began practicing law, Bob worked as an underground miner, a police officer, and a bartender.
