Malika is an associate in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution group.
She maintains a broad practice and assists clients with disputes related to: breach of contract, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, construction and debt enforcement. Malika also has experience in obtaining extraordinary equitable remedies, including Mareva Injunctions and Norwich Pharmacal Orders. Malika has advocated for clients at all levels of Court, including small claims court matters and matters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Prior to joining SDS as an Associate, Malika summered and articled at a prominent national firm in Toronto.
In her spare time, Malika enjoys travelling, staying active and exploring new restaurants in the city.
